The Memorial Process
How it works
When a loved one has passed and the burial or the interment of ashes has taken place this is the time to think about a memorial for their grave or adding their name to an existing memorial.
Please ring, email, call into our showroom or arrange a home visit where we can advise and discuss your options.
We will provide a no obligation quotation for a new memorial or renovation of an existing memorial. If you are happy to go ahead there will be a church or cemetery permit which must be completed in order for the church or cemetery to approve the memorial you are asking for.
Once we have their approval, we will order the new memorial (or remove existing) and we will then create a layout to show you exactly how the memorial is going to look.
We will then await your approval or discuss any changes you wish to make. Once the layout is finalised, we will continue with the order and then make contact with you once the memorial is ready to place.
We will always care for every detail and help create the perfect tribute for your loved one.
